When working with insurance claims, the process can be simple but also frustrating at times. Build Chimps follows these procedures to facilitate the process in going  as smoothly as possible.

• A Build Chimps representative will perform the initial inspection and share the results with the customer. 
• Build Chimps works with the customer to complete the necessary documents, file the insurance claim, and schedule an adjuster appointment.
• Build Chimps prepares a comprehensive “scope of work” on behalf of the customer to be issued to the insurance adjuster.
• With the customers approval a representative from Build Chimps corresponds with the insurance adjuster to discuss the customer’s assessed damages, and any other damages identified.
• Once approved and processed, a copy of the settlement document and insurance claim payment is submitted to Build Chimps to begin scheduling material orders, and repairs in accordance with the customer’s specifications. Before work commences the customer must pay any outstanding deductible charges directly to Build Chimps.
• When the project has been completed, Build Chimps finalizes with the insurance company and provides a final walk-through with the customer to ensure everything has been completed satisfactory.

• Our turnkey team provides a quick turnover for Realtors and Property Management. We know that renters and buyers want to quickly move into their new home or business.
